Simcoe Pines is a beautifully furnished, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with an in-ground pool located on a corner lot in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake in the heart of the Niagara wine region. The house is fully equipped with many luxuries such as 2 fireplaces, 32" flat screen TV with DVD/VCR, 2 other TV's/DVD, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room and a very romantic master suite with 4 pc bath, sitting room, fireplace and terrace which overlooks the kidney shaped pool in the private backyard. Outside you will find a bar, dining area for 10, sitting on the raised deck and a double hammock. It is our personal vacation home that we rent out when we cannot enjoy it ourselves.
