Waihau Bay is on the East Coast of the North Island in New Zealand. It is well known for its fine sunny weather, fishing, boating and a wonderful feeling of peace and tranquility. Situated on top a cliff which looks out over the Bay amd boat ramp; the house is a two story brick and tile home, with all conveniences and modern kitchen.
