Glenrock Station is up the head of the Rakaia River, 1 1/2hrs drive from Christchurch and 35 minutes to Methven. Both houses are fully self-contained with log burner, dishwasher, Full Sky TV and video. Glenrock is a great place to enjoy the outdoors with great walks, jet boat trips, mountain biking, rock climbing, bird watching and great fishing with the Rakaia River on your door step. Guided hunting and fishing trips are available on request. Glenrock is a great place for family and friends of all ages to catch up, have a party or just relax and enjoy the peace, privacy & tranquility of a pristine high country environment. The houses can be booked together to accommodate a total of 30 people, or 19 in the Cookshop and 11 in the Cottage.
