Good fishing, diving and boating in Pelorus Sound. Accessible by sea only. We have two cottages , beach frontage private area, sunny aspect. We have an 80 acre farm, coloured sheep, we process our own wool on antique wool carder machines, mussel farming (fresh seafood), dinghy and kayak , native bush walks, service from DOC nydia walking track boat access only. One hour from Wellington airport, 30 minutes from Havelock on our water taxi.
