The house is an original Lockwood - built of solid New Zealand pine with a spacious main room looking across the lake to Mokoia Island and the eastern shore. A holiday home just made for you to spend your vacation in peace and natureal surroundings. The garden is mature and extensive, well populated with native birds and has a spacious lawn. There is a concrete ramp on the lake shore. Canoes are available for paddling on request. With the use of the bed settee and a trundle bed, it sleeps up to eight people.
