The cottage, which overlooks the Cape River, is a delightful, self-contained farmstay in the middle of some of the most remote and spectacular farming country in the lower North Island. Wairangi Cottage sleeps 8-12 in three bedrooms and has deep verandas, polished wooden floors, two bathrooms, sitting room, a fully equipped farm kitchen, dishwasher, logfire and large gas BBQ. Martinborough Villa is a brand new architecturally designed luxury villa. It is adjacent to the stunning Martinborough Golf Course, a gently undulating full 18 hole golf course with beautiful mature trees situated south east of the Martinborough town centre.The house is currently under construction and is planned for completion in December 2006. The house is purpose built and furnished to provide luxury holiday accommodation. It provides modern interior decor, professionally designed and incorporating New Zealand artworks. Guest comfort is assured with heatpumps for air-conditioning/heating, open fireplace, and BOSE surround sound entertainment/audio system. The house sleeps eight people comfortably in four bedrooms which are serviced by two bathrooms. The master wing of the house encompassing the master bedroom, with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite, has an unobstructed view over the golf course. Three more bedrooms and a shared bathroom are located in the second accommodation wing. These rooms open out onto a sheltered courtyard. All four bedrooms sleep two people per room in a twin or super-king configuration. A portacot and highchair are available on request. Luxury bedding & linen is supplied, as are bath & pool towels. Additional sleeping for two people is available in the living area.
