Accommodation consists of a single alpine style self-contained cottage in a 7.8 acre property. The cottages sleeps 4 to 6 people. Ground level: a spacious living area with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom with large shower. First floor: two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other one with two single beds, each supplied with linen and heater. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room than can accommodate two more people. The cottage affords panoramic views, overlooking Tiritiri Matangi Island and its lighthouse.
