Carinya is a modern 4 bedroom house located at Hanmer Springs, 1.5 hours from Christchurch. The house has expansive views over the valley and is a 3 min. flat walk to the springs, restuarants, shops and taverns. Carinya itself, is a 4 bedroom self contained house. Very modern decor, with brightly coloured rooms. All furnishings are of the upmost of quality, we supply pillows, doonas, woollen underlays & blankets. We can arrange all linen for a small hire charge. The kitchen is supplied with everything, no need to bring a thing. All bathrooms have heated towel rails & the ensuite bathroom has a huge 2 person spa. We have a lovely open fireplace and 4 electric heaters. We have 2 balconies, one off the main bedroom upstairs & one off the diningroom, all have wonderful views. Our house is elevated with magnigicent huge windows & glass doors over looking the valley to the south east up to the snow covered mountains to the north. All external doors open fully to give the house, during the summer months wonderful flow through ventilation. The huge glass windows facing north let in the most glorious afternoon sunshine in the winter months. The house is located down a long private driveway surrounded by tall hedges and gorgeous gardens & trees.

We have two houses in Hanmer, Colley & Cahill Cottages. Both houses are located in Bellbird Place two doors down from each other, so if you wanted to stay with friends or family but remain independent this is ideal. Cahill has just been completed and Colley is a year old.Both have three bedrooms with the main bedroom complete with ensuite. So if you have large numbers staying, the two bathrooms cater for this very well. The lounge areas have enough seating for eight people, with TV and video. They also have logburners and electric heaters. The houses both are double glazed. The kitchens have a microwave and underbench oven, hobs, fridge/freezer. The laundries have an automatic washing machines and tub. They both have outdoor living areas with tables and shade sails in the summer. The houses are a five minute walk to the pools and other Hanmer attractions.
