The Tui Cottage is two minutes easy stroll to the middle of Medlands Beach.

Taumata is a new (2004) colour steel two bedroom colour steel holiday home. Located on elevated section overlooking harbour, bush and mountains. Large deck and outdoor entertaining area. Peaceful and quiet. 200 metres from harbour. Good swimming and kayaking. Bath with hot water tap on deck. Open plan lounge and kitchen area. Very sunny and sheltered. Situated up a steep driveway so it is recommended to leave vehicles at the bottom.
