The Kist Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (Bittiya Sanstha) was incorporated in the 2002 as a 55th Finance Company under the Finance Company Act 2042 BS and the Company Act, 2053 BS. The company has been licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank (Central Bank of Nepal) to undertake financial services and merchant banking activities in the country. It has commenced its operations from 9th Falgun, 2059 BS. The company is designing its various loan schemes as per the customer's need and the most productive financial plan.
