At Landal Wirfttal you can smell it immediately: the fresh air rushes to meet you. This is not the setting of the Luftkurort Stadtkyll spa for nothing. It is less than two hours from Maastricht and is situated in a genuine nature park. Landal Wirfttal has a splendid location beside the idyllic river the Wirft in a mountainous area only 75 minutes drive from Venlo. There are no less than 250 steep hills in the surroundings. So you can make it as easy or as difficult as you like during your walk or bike ride. Perhaps you would prefer to take it a little easier? Then why not go fishing in the reservoir at Landal Wirfttal or go for a short walk through the beautiful woods. You can also visit one of the many pleasant villages in the surroundings. This is also an excellent area for cross country skiers in the winter months!
