Three fully self contained buildings on an 8 acre property, catering for groups of 4 to 11. These purpose built buildings have fully equipped kitchens and comfortable living rooms. Both lodges have log fires, whilst the cottage has a cosy upstairs living room with amazing views. The Cottage and Fernbird Lodge have all ensuite bedrooms. We are situated 5km inland from Hokitika, and the 2 lodges and cottage are set in gardens, adjacent to protected native forest. Wake to the sound of birdsong. There are many fine walks and scenic drives in the district. Lake Kaniere and Hokitika Gorge are scenic highlights of the area. Canoes, kayaks and bicycles for hire. Great base for fishers, plenty of local rivers and spring creeks.
