Orewa Beach is a flat sandy and 3km long very safe swimming beach. Surf club and boat ramp are nearby. A new kitchen has now been installed complete with dishwasher, new crockery and appliances. We have also put in a new 29 inch TV and DVD player. DVDs can be obtained from the local video/dvd rental shops closeby. We have also upgraded other parts of the property, including some new artwork that has been completed by a painter who has used as a canvas the old kitchen doors amongst other things!!Stunning sea and beach views from bedrooms, lounge and dining rooms.
