Our historic villa was built around 1877 by the first mayor of Sumner. The house has been totally modernised but retains all its original charm. We are one block from the beach and an easy walk along the beach to Sumner's many cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and 3-screen cinema. The Suite and the Studio are separate and individually self-contained. Both have kingsized beds, TV, and DVD and ensuite bathrooms. The Suite has a full separate kitchen while the Studio has a microwave kitchen. Our quarter acre of rambling garden is patrolled by Levi the cat. We are 15-20 minutes drive to the city centre and handy to regular bus service.
